About Carbon Tech Corporation

Carbon Technology Inc. is a privately held corporation based in Irvine, CA, working to exploit the remarkable properties of Carbon Nanotubes or CNT’s. The company's initial products are sensors followed by highly linear Radio Frequency Field Effect Transistors (FETs). Using the material’s intrinsic linearity will allow for a more than doubling of wireless data capacity, valued through auctions of RF spectrum in the $ trillions. CNTFETs are the next step in the evolution of semiconductors, forming a broad platform technology that offers tremendous promise for improving performance, increasing battery life and reducing heat dissipation in all manner of mobile and infrastructure devices. With intrinsic power densities and high frequency performance exceeding that of conventional semiconductor devices using silicon (Si), gallium arsenide (GaAs), or other compound semiconductors, Carbon Tech's carbon nanotube devices will revolutionize electronics.
